About your room reservation at L’hôtel de l’étoile

We remind you that we won’t charge your credit card. We ask your credit card details only to confirm your booking. You’ll pay your stay at the check-in.

So, you can make an online booking with your credit card and pay by cash, credit card, holidays checks at the check-in.

The booking form is SSL secured (https:// ). Your data will be encrypted while sending.

Cancellation policy:

Your cancellation or reduction of stay must be sent to the hotel by mail or email (see contact section) at least 5 days before your check-in date.

After this time, the entire stay or canceled nights will be charged.

By booking directly on our website www.hoteletoile.com you benefit from many advantages:

  • Cancellation is FREE until 5 days befro your check-in date.
  • You do not pay ANYTHING when you book. The payment will be made directly at the hotel.
  • Most of the time we are CHEAPER than online travel agencies. We’ll never be more expesive.
  • You can book your extras online with an IMMEDIATE confirmation.
  • You arrive earlier ? We keep your luggages. If your room is ready ? For FREE we allow you to access the room because it’ll be cleaned in priority.

With a travel agency:

  • Cancellation is ALWAYS payable. At least the first night.
  • You pay the ENTIRE amount of your stay when during the booking process. (Except the city tax, 0.90€ per night/person)
  • Rates will NEVER be advantageous than on the hotel’s website.
  • You can book your extras online but they’ll wont be confirmed immediately.
  • If you arrive earlier, we can only keep your luggages.
